As I expected I wussed out and barely went over 2 miles on the treadmill. Sure my knees were hurting, but what's new? My knees hurt all the time! I'm sure they wouldn't hurt as much if they weren't so overloaded with the gargantuan blob that I've become, but that's the point of this, pardon the double entendre, exercise.
I know I should pat myself on the back for at least getting my backside in gear for once, but I literally can't reach it so I won't waste the effort trying.
Anyway, day 1: 2 miles @ 2.2 mph on the treadmill.
